This is probably the best game there is for the PSP. If you didn’t play this game and you have a PSP, you are probably lame. =) In the game you begin as Kratos the god of war after you killed the actual god of war Ares(the story of this game takes place before the first God Of War for Playstation 2), but all your god powers are taken from Zeus as punishment.

In the beginning of the game you have a cool cinematic introducing you to the story. You begin at the shores of Attica in the middle of a battle. You have to defeat the Persian army and the Basilisk that they released it.

The graphics are really good looking on the PSP, and the soundtrack is just perfectly attached to the gameplay. The controls are really good and easy , you have light and heavy attack, you can evade attacks from your enemies and you can perform combos by pressing pattern buttons. For every killed enemy you will be rewarded with orbs. These orbs can be found in the treasure chests throughout the levels and also there are items to increase your health bar and magic bar.

You also have pretty cool magic abilities that you can level up with the orbs that you get. Unfortunately you’ll have to pick just two weapons, Blades Of Chaos and The Gauntlet Of Zeus. When you finish the game it has a few unlockable items. You also have a lot of mini games you can play in the levels like solving puzzles and stuff.

The negative side of the game is that it is short, when I finished it I really wanted more. Oh yeah, there is sex in the game, so enjoy playing God Of War for PSP.
